It's a 5 minute drive from SDSU's main campus which means it's perfect for students who want to live close by. I live in a double occupancy room which both my current roommate and I are leaving so it will become fully vacant for Spring Semester if any students are interested. The Rive has 2 pools, a gym, a parking structure, and grocery stores/restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. It also offers a free shuttle service to and from campus for those without a car and are looking to study at SDSU. It is an all girls apartment with 6 total people allowed to be living there.
